About AUOGE

Quiet infrastructure for better patient care.

AUOGE comes from the classical root Awj, meaning height or pinnacle. We chose the name because our goal is narrow in scope and deep in commitment: help the healthcare practices we work with reach the peak of what their team is capable of, by quietly removing the operational friction that gets in the way.

We are not a platform company. We are not an AI consultancy with a deck for every vertical. We are a small team of engineers, clinicians, and operators who believe independent healthcare deserves the same automation leverage that big tech takes for granted. So we build it, one scoped engagement at a time.

Our mission

Fewer hours on paperwork. More time with patients.

Independent physicians and small clinics are where most US patients actually receive care. They do the work that matters. They are usually the last to benefit from the tools they would benefit from most.

Enterprise healthcare tooling is too heavy, too expensive, and too slow to deploy. Consumer AI is fast and cheap but does not respect PHI. The gap in the middle, practical HIPAA-aligned automation that actually ships in weeks, is where AUOGE lives.

We are deliberately small, deliberately specific, and deliberately honest. We scope narrow. We measure outcomes. We say no to engagements that do not fit, and we point those inquiries somewhere better. That is how you earn trust in a space where trust is everything.

If the measure of a good tool is "did it give the clinician their afternoon back," then every decision we make, from architecture to pricing to what we refuse to automate, is scaffolding for that one question.

How we engage

Scoped work. Measured outcomes. No lock-in.

Our process is simple: pick one problem, agree on success, launch quickly, review results, then expand only if it is working.

  1. 01

    Discovery call (30 min)

We talk through your daily workflow and identify the biggest time drain for your team. By the end, we tell you clearly if we can help.

  2. 02

    Scoped plan (1 page)

You receive a one-page plan with the problem, target metric, timeline, and fixed scope before any build starts.

  3. 03

    Build and staged rollout

We roll out in steps, test safely, and move to full use only when results are stable. No risky overnight switchovers.

  4. 04

    Measured review

We review results at 30, 60, and 90 days against the starting baseline, and share what improved and what did not in plain terms.

  5. 05

    Expand only on merit

We only move to a second project if the first one proves value. No lock-in for the sake of lock-in.

What we will not do

The promises we deliberately do not make.

Every promise we refuse to make is a line we intend to hold. If a vendor will not tell you their lines on the first call, they probably do not have any.

A line we will not cross

We will not claim clients we do not have.

No fake logo wall. No stock photos labelled as customers. When you work with AUOGE, you will know you are among the first, not the twentieth logo on a marketing page.

A line we will not cross

We will not sell you a platform.

We ship specific automation against a specific metric. You get the thing, not the subscription. No per-seat SaaS creep, no "enterprise tier" conversation six months in.

A line we will not cross

We will not dodge the hard questions.

Data residency, model providers, what happens if we disappear, what your exit plan looks like: ask on the first call and you will get a direct answer, in writing, before any contract is signed.

A line we will not cross

We will not automate what should not be automated.

Clinical judgment, crisis calls, sensitive conversations, anything that should be a human voice: those stay with your team. Always. An AI that answers a suicidal caller is not a feature, it is a liability.

Compliance

HIPAA-aligned, audit-ready, BAA-covered.

Compliance is an architecture decision we make on day one, not a marketing claim we bolt on for the sales call. We share the artifacts under NDA before any contract is signed.

  • PHI encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Keys rotated on a schedule, never in application code.
  • Least-privilege access with SSO, MFA, and role-based controls. Offboarded staff lose access in minutes, not days.
  • Full audit trails for every read, write, and admin action. Queryable for six years or more, exportable on request.
  • Signed BAAs with every sub-processor, including LLM providers. Maintained list, notifications on any change.
  • Documented data-flow diagram and incident-response playbook, shared under NDA before you commit to anything.
  • Clean offboarding from day one. Your data, your schemas, exported and handed back. No hostage data. No surprise invoices.
Start with a conversation

The best way to see if we are a fit is to talk for 30 minutes.

No slide deck. No sales pitch. A diagram, a couple of honest questions, and a clear answer either way.
